Walk with the Lord

Posted on

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6

When we walk with the Lord, he will keep us on the Narrow Road to Heaven. And the purpose of this earthly life is to live a life that keeps us on the narrow road to Heaven.

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16) We are created by God to walk by the Spirit, because when guided by the Spirit, we not gratify desire of the flesh. The Word of God has a powerful effect on us, which keeps on the Narrow Road to Heaven.

Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, (Colossians 2:6) Christ helps us to walk with Christ through the Holy Spirit, who convicts with we desire to sasin. And without the Holy Spirit we don’t belong to Christ. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. (Romans 8:9)

The Holy Spirit comes to us through baptism, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. (Galatians 3:26-27) It is critical that every person has the Holy Spirit, so Heaven can be eternal home.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about we do not see. (Hebrew 11:1) Assurance about we do see comes from faith in Christ, With out faith in Christ how can we be saved? Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. (James 1:13) We have faith and we have divine patience to wait on the Lord, because what e pray for is never exactly what the Lord has for us.

Today walk with the Lord, and he will be with you to guide us through the day.

Prayer: I will walk with You till my last day on earth, and Lord guide me down the narrow road to Heaven. In Jesus name, Amen
