Love all People – Hate Evil
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Ephesians 6:12
Every human being is created in the image of God, but Satan has deceived many people who believe his lies that makes them self-centered, and they become their own god. All evil in this world from the beginning of time, comes from Satan, and we fight evil through the infinite power of Christ.
But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. (Luke 6:27-28) We are told by God to love our enemies, and if we love our enemies, we love everyone, because there is no room in our hearts for hatred of people that God created in his image. We love everyone because Satan hates love, and we fight with a heart of love against our enemy – Satan.
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. (1 John 4:7) The Father has love for everyone and He hates Sin. That is why Christ died for our sins so we can have a heart that hates sin; we cannot be perfect but we seek forgiveness from our heart when we fall short. Christians lives with a heart of love.
A heart of love enables us to knows God, especially when we read the Word and as Christ guides our life. The more we serve Christ the more love God puts in our hearts, and the closer we are to Christ and the more we hate sin. Satan is always tempted us but we have the power of Christ to crush Satan, and we all love victory over Satan. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. (1 John 4:7)
The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way, and the perverted mouth, I hate. (Proverbs 8:13) The Lord hates arrogance, a perverted mouth; which is all evil from Satan. If we fear of the Lord, which means we fear doing something sinful, and we hate evil, and we fight evil with the power of Christ.
Today show kindness and patients to everyone, because that was the way Jesus treated others.
Prayer: Help me to love all people but hate the evil that comes from Satan. In Jesus name, Amen
