Life with Christ
Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
Romans 6:8
The best life we can live is when we live with Christ. He is with us at all times and we depend on Him for everything, because we reflect Christ in everything we do. Knowing and having Christ with us at all times and guiding us through each day, is a divine blessing beyond words.
For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God’s power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God’s power we will live with him in our dealing with you. (2 Corinthians 13:4) We are weak in ourselves, but living with Christ we live with God’s love and power. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, (Ephesians 3:20) We have the divine power of Christ with us at all times, to guide our hearts, words, and courage in any circumstance.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6) We have total faith that Christ will guide us through life, and that is the faith that pleases God. If Christ is willing to guide us through anything in life, then we should be filled with unending joy.
Just as the Father has loved me, I have also loved you; abide in my love. (John 15:9) Christ loves us more than we can imagine, and we fully trust Christ where all things are possible; and his goal is to guide us through life into Heaven. Christ is God and he with us and guides us through life, and that is an amazing blessing.
If we always know that Christ is with us, it will keep Satan away. Christ guides us through the Spirit and we are convicted through Spirit when we are tempted to yield to Satan’s evil. Through Christ we have power over Satan when we call on Christ for his power; then Satan will flee.
Today walk with Christ, commune with him, and live in his power. He will give
you the words, scriptures, attitude, kindness, and whatever you need to be a light in this world.
Prayer: Father, help me to always know Christ is with me, and help me to fully depend on Him to guide me through each day. In Jesus name, Amen
