Image of God
So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them;
Genesis 1:27
male and female he created them.
Every person is created in the image of God, and when we live as created, we live the most rewarding life possible, and Heaven is our eternal home. Every person has a choice, to live as created, or live in Satan’s deceptions; but God gives us power over Satan, so we can have a close loving relationship with the Father and the Son.
Worship God – We are created to worship our maker; who created everything for us, so we can enjoy life with a thankful heart. God has done everything possible so Heaven will be our home; Christ came to earth to teach us how to live and died for our sins, God fills us with the Holy Spirit, Christ lives in us, and God is always with us. We are created to live with a thankful heart for all he has done for us, because thankfulness brings us closer to God. And God is the creator of love, and no one in the universe loves us and cares about us more than God, Christ, and the Spirit.
Faith – We live by faith because we are created to trust God more then self. Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; (Proverbs 3:5) When we put all our faith in God, we are blessed throughout life. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)
Obey God – God created the Word so we know how to live as created, and Christ guides through the Spirit through each day of life. God changes our hearts by filling it with his divine love as we bring people to Christ. When we obey God with hearts filled with his love, every command in the Word becomes natural and describe to us.
Relationship with God – God created us to be have close loving relationship with the Father ne the Son. We do this by prayer, reading the Word, worship, and we show our love to God by obeying his perfect will. If you love me, keep my commands. (John 14:15)
Reflect God – We reflect Christ to the best of our ability every day as we live by the fruit of the Spirit. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23) When we live showing the fruit of the Spirit we are living as created, and we are rewarded by God who feeds his blessings into our sou; such as peace, joy, love, comfort, patience, security, etc. and theses blessings never go away but get stronger the more we serve Christ.
This is a brief example for how to live the best life, living as we are created by God our perfect Father.
Today reflect the fruit of the Spirit, and tell people they are created in God’s image, which is the key to the best life.
Prayer: Guide me every day to live as created, and to tell others how to live the best rewarding life that leads to heaven. In Jesus name. Amen
