Good becomes Evil and Evil becomes Good
Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
Isaiah 5:20
In the last days Satan has power over non-Christians to turn truth into lies. It all comes from making people self-centered and making people to live for their fleshly desires. This is Satan’s priority because it is the opposite of God’s truth, and the worldly life ends in eternal death. When people don’t know God’s truth, then society will self-destruct.
The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. (Romans 8:6) If we are governed by our fleshly desires, we will have eternal death, but if we are governed by the Spirit, we will live with peace, and Heaven will be our home. Many people refuse to believe the Word, but there believe doesn’t change anything except the lie they believe.
When Christ returns, everyone throughout all history will believe, and for those that never accepted Christ, it will be too late Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. (Matthew 24:30) The people in this world that refuse to live by God’s Truth, will mourn when Christ returns, because they will now know the truth, but it will be too late.
The Truth comes from the Word of God, and Christian live by the Truth with a heart of love and kindness. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32) Living by God’s Truth we will be set free, and only Christ can set us free. We can be free in a world of Satan’s lies, because we are free spiritually for eternal life. The world cannot touch the spiritual person, because it is our soul; which is our thoughts, our personality and our will, and our soul lives forever. They can kill the body but our soul lives forever, and we never die.
Have I then become your enemy by telling you the truth? (Galatians 4:16) Many people in this world are living by Satan’s lies because it appeals to their fleshy desires, and they do not like to hear the Truth of God. This is Satan’s tactics, to make people live totally for their fleshly desires, and he tempts Christians to live by both their own will and by God’s will. Satan is always deceiving people to live any way they desire, except to live for Christ.
Today live by God’s Truth in every situation, and stop Satan from tempting you with his lies. Satan will use our emotions against us, while God will use our emotions for us and his divine will, so keep your emotions under control.
Prayer: Father, help me to live by your divine Truth and keep Satan from tempting me to live by his lies. In Jesus name, Amen
