As 2018 comes to a close, we’re thankful for all of the divine opportunities and ways in which Eternal Walk Ministry has been able to connect people to God in the Frederick Maryland community and beyond. In 2019, we aim to reach even more people online.
What’s New in 2019 with Eternal Walk Ministry?
After much prayer, we are excited to announce that Eternal Walk Ministry will be launching a new online video ministry!
In 2019, we are planning to provide video recordings of sermons and Bible studies. In the future, we hope to also provide video recordings of special events, such as the Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series and much more.
Step #1: Launch Video Recordings of Sermons
Eternal Walk Ministry will soon be offering weekly video sermons to further help drive God’s presence online. We are planning to launch this initiative before the end of January, 2019.
We’ll start by recording sermons from one minister, and as the year progresses, we’ll add more sermons from other ministers. This plan will continue for approximately four months to test the waters and verify a smooth transition.
Step #2: Launch Video Recordings of Bible Studies
In addition, we’re planning to establish a weekly video Bible study series, which will be available on our website. We plan to start with 3 participants from the Frederick, Maryland community and grow the group as time goes on. Our focus this year is to record messages of hope for people online who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a Bible study in-person.
During the Bible study, viewers can submit any questions to the Eternal Walk Ministry email : ministry@eternalwalk.com. All questions will be answered in the next Bible study the following week. We plan to launch this initiative in the last quarter of 2019.
Step #3: Launch Video Recordings of Special Events
By leveraging video as a tool, we hope to record even more events and happenings in the future, such as:
- Speakers at conventions
- Discussions with key members in the community
- Conversations with residents in the street
Depending on where the Lord leads us, these endeavors will take place after 2019. As of now, we will focus on one step at a time to avoid biting off more than we can chew,
Getting Started with Video Ministry
Fortunately, we have a few connections to help get this online video ministry started. With the support and expertise of Conjo Studios, we hope to learn more about how God can use videography to resonate with online users on a deeper level and grow our ministry.
This will be an ongoing effort throughout 2019. Should our video ministry prove to be manageable, we hope to invest in some professional camera equipment down the road..
