Eternal Walk Ministry Attends the Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series

Eternal Walk Ministry recently had the pleasure of attending the 60th Annual Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series.

About the Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series

Every year, Ohio Valley University (OVH), a Christian college, hosts an interdenominational conference on the University’s main campus in Vienna, West Virginia. There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome to register. This annual event is known as the Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series. This year marked the 60th anniversary and was held on April 8th – 11th where attendees studied the book of Colossians.

The four-day conference was chock-full of keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and classes to equip churches, pastors, missionaries, and community members with biblical training and Christ-centered teaching.

Encouraging Participants to Engage in Community Ministry

Eternal Walk Ministry also had the opportunity to encourage attendees to engage in ministry outside of the church to further expand God’s kingdom beyond the walls of a sanctuary. We had a booth set up with two of our members in attendance to share how Eternal Walk Ministry actively seeks opportunities to serve people who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our mission is two-fold: to help the church integrate into its surrounding community and to unify the church through Christ-centered activities and ministry. During our time at the Ohio Valley University Lectureship Series, we were able to further expand our biblical understanding while sharing the mission of Eternal Walk Ministry.
