The Lord is Always the Answer
Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand.
Psalm 20:6
Whenever life gets difficult always call on the Lord because he loves us and he understands our every problem. The Lord always knows what we need to sustain us through anything, and with his infinite love and power will carry us through our troubled times. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:31) Whatever we go through, no matter how much hurt and pain we go through, when we put our hope in the Lord, he will carry is through with his divine strength and wisdom and we will walk and not be faint.
When we are closer to the Lord than anyone anything on the planet, and we have the faith to live as his servant, it is amazing what we can endure. Being close to the Lord, we are filled with his love, strength, and power to endure all things. We live in this world but we are not part of this world, we minister to this world knowing heaven is our home. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. (John 17:16) These are the words of Jesus in his prayer for the apostles. When we realize we are not of this world but just ambassadors for Christ, knowing heaven is our home, we have the power of the Lord to overcome the world.
Everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. (1 John 5:4) Through faith in Christ, he gives us the power to overcome the world. This is the type of faith that completely depends on the Lord and puts everything in his hands as we walk as his servants. This is freedom in Christ that frees us from bondage to the world. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. (Galatians 5:1)
Today decide no matter what happens in life you will call upon the Lord. Have the attitude there is nothing in this life you cannot endure and overcome through the love and power of the Lord. This is the faith that pleases the Lord, a faith that truly depends on the Lord.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for always being there for me and guide me to always depend on you. Guide me through life as your servant knowing you are the Master and are in complete control. Thank you for allowing me to be your servant. In Jesus name, Amen
