Live for Eternal life
The World and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.
1 John 2:17
We only have this life on earth to do the will of God, and no one is promised tomorrow. Therefore, will we live every day for the Lord, and we fight Satan because he tries to pull us away from God.
The more we read the Bible, attend a Bible based Church, and live to serve Christ; the more we can live in victory over Satan and his evil tactics. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:57) We all need faith to trust the Lord to give victory over Satan, and God has complete power over Satan.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7) When call on Christ when Satan tempts us, we can live in victory, because Christ has total victory over Satan. When Satan tempts us and we call on Christ, and Christ tells Satan to flee from us. This is beyond our ability to hear, but Christ tells Satan to flee.
For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed – a righteousness is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” (Romans 1:17) With faith in Christ we can life in victory, as long as we don’t yield to Satan temptations. Always be in control of our emotions, because Satan will use our emotions against us., causing us to sin.
Today live in victory, because there are many temptations in the world today. Always call on Christ for victory, and he protect s from Satan.
Prayer: Help me to live in victory over Satan, and I need Christ with every minute of the day and night. In Jesus name, Amen
