And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? (! John 3:17) We are created in the imagine of God, and helping others should become natural to us. There are many ways we can help people, both locally and those throughout the world.

If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday. (Isaiah 58:10) If we help the those that are hungry, our light will shine in darkness like the noonday sun. God is pleased when we help those in need. There is know shortness of people who need help, in rescue missions, homeless, or terminally ill.

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. (Galatians 6:10) To good to all people, help those in need, with a heart of love. How we live in the image of God without helping others? God helps us and we are supposed to help others.

Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done. (Proverbs 19:17) The Lord is pleased when we help those in need, especially when we help them personally. If we see someone that is homeless, we can stop and treat them to lunch.

There will always be poor people I the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land. (Deuteronomy 15:11) There is never a shortness of people that need help, especially the homeless that exist in almost every town, and especially in other countries.

Today seek to help people that are homeless, without income, and those that are ill.

Prayer: Lord open doors so I can help others. In Jesus name, Amen
