Christ Provides

Posted on

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

2 Corinthians 9:8

When we live to serve Christ, he will provide everything we need to go through life. When Christ is first in our life, he enables us to provide all our needs, especially when we bring Christ to others.

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) God will meet all our needs if we ask in faith, and when we live to serve him. All things are possible for God, and he takes care of those in his family. We live with a thankful heart for all God has done for us, and we thank him many times every day.

The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. (Psalm 34:10) Everything that is good comes from the Lord, and that is way we thank him, and we take nothing for granted. We are totally dependent on Christ, and he provides more than we can imagine. We should spend time every day and thank about the many things Christ has done for us. Where would we be today without Christ?

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33) We seek and serve the Lord first, and through our faith in Christ, then he provides. We have total faith, and we depend on Christ as we serve him, and as we go through life. Everything we have belongs to Christ, and we use everything for his glory, with a thankful heart.

The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing. (Psalm 145:15-16) We depend on Christ to enable us to provide whatever we need to go through life, and we go through life as a Light for Christ. Everything we have comes from the Lord, and with our money, we can never out give God.

In the last days the world becomes more sinful, which means we get closer to Christ. Many people in this world are dying for Christ, and great is their reward. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28) Life is in our spirit and our spirit lives forever, and when Christ returns, we get an eternal younger body. We take care of our body because it is a temple, but our focus in our eternal spirit.

Today know that everything good comes from God, and use everything from God with a thankful heart.

Prayer: Thank you Lord for providing everything I need to live on this earth and for serving Christ. In Jesus name, Amen
