Broadcast God’s Truth
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:15-16
People that don’t know God’s truth will by default believe Satan’s lies. Notice the beliefs people respond with when asked about God, Heaven, or Hell. Satan and his demons excite people to do his evil work. They don’t know the Truth and many they see evil as good and good is evil. Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. (Isaiah 5:20) This is what we are seeing today throughout the world. What Christians believe from the Word of God is being seen as evil and the things God considers evil, the world is seeing as good. But scripture says, woe to those who call evil good, because God’s eternal wrath is waiting for them unless the Christian world brings them the Truth
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. (John 8:44) These are the words that Jesus spoke to the Pharisees who believed Satan’s lies. Jesus brought the Truth to the Pharisees even though at the time they refused to believe what he was saying. Christ wants us to bring the Truth to lost souls. If they don’t believe, we still reflect God’s love to them. Our goal is to leave them with God’s Truth.
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. (John 16:13) When we bring Truth to the world, remember Christ guides us through the Spirit. We are never alone, and we are in the presence of Christ through the Spirit. Our words and scriptures come from Christ being with us and guiding us in all situations. We commune with Christ and seek his guidance when bringing the Truth to lost souls. He will give us the words with a compassionate heart.
Today, be a light for Christ on a hill where all can see Jesus in you. Pray for guidance from Christ and have the faith that he will be with you and help you. Remember when you serve the Lord, his love and blessings are with you.
Prayer: Lord, help me to bring the Truth to combat Satan’s lies. Give me the wisdom to bring the Truth and scriptures to overcome the lies from Satan. In Jesus name, Amen
