You are Worth More than all the Riches in the World
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
1 Peter 2:9
You are God’s special possession and his love for you is more than you can believe. The Lord sees you as more valuable than all the riches in the world. He will guide you through life into Heaven to be with the Father for eternity. The Lord is filled with joy knowing you will be with him forever and he wants to bless you beyond your understanding.
Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism. (Acts 10:34) God takes great joy in knowing us perfectly and is delighted when we live for Christ and live life to the full. He doesn’t compare us with anyone but is pleased when we live with the talents he has given to each of us.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6) God wants us to trust him completely because it tells him that we know him and know his love for us. Nothing pleases God more than for us to trust his ways over our ways.
As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) God wants us to recognize him as God, the creator with infinite knowledge, wisdom, power, and love. When we know him as God and trust him, he is pleased to release all his blessings to mold us to conform to the image of his Son and to bring us home to be with him.
And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) The Lord will meet our needs in this life so we can survive in this world and endure any evil that Satan places in our path. We have the power of God over Satan to live in victory till our last breath, then we go home where Satan and his demons don’t exist.
Today realize in God’s eyes you are more valuable than all the riches in the world and you are loved beyond human understanding. Pray every day that your heart will be filled with his perfect love that is you can reflect to the world. It’s through you that the world can know the love of God.
Prayer: Lord thank you for your perfect love for me and let me reflect your love to the world. Let the Spirit guide me to reflect your love to everyone. In Jesus name, Amen
