The Lord knows all Your Struggles

Posted on

You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.

Psalm 139:3

Jesus was born into society living in the lower class work force, and he never did any miracles for himself. He struggled through life just as we struggle through life, and he able to understand everything we go through. He is compassionate and helps those living in his kingdom, and he fully understands our struggles.

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. (1 John 4:16) The Lord loves us perfectly and he knows our struggles, and if we pray for his guidance and help, we can be sure he will give us his strength and wisdom. If we walk as his servant, putting him first in our lives, we can be confident when we pray for his strength and wisdom to continue to serve him.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1-3) In times of trouble always depend on the Lord for his help and guidance. Some troubles need worldly help such as doctors, dentists, or Christian counselors, but we continue to go the Lord for guidance for ourselves. We include the Lord is all aspects of our life, whether small or big, we need the Lord’s divine guidance if we are to remain Christ-like.

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.(Matthew 19:26) Knowing all things are possible for God, that he loves us perfectly, and will care for those in his family, tells us we can trust him completely. We pray for specific needs and we continue to pray, and we trust the Lord’s answer and his timing, as we continue to serve him.

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) When we pray and leave the answer in the Lord’s hands, his answer is more that we can ask or imagine. The Lord sees more than we can see, and he understands us better than we understand ourselves, and always knows what we need. So we wait patiently for the Lord’s perfect answer, but it’s critical we continue to live as his servant being a light for Christ in this world.

Today whatever trouble you have, call on the Lord for his wisdom and guidance. The Lord always has the perfect answer and he is willing to help you through every situation in life. This is truly a blessing, God himself guiding us through life.

Prayer: Lord thank you for the Holy Spirit and for guidance through life, especially in times of struggle. Thank you for your love and for your comfort. Give me your strength and wisdom to serve you until my last breath. In Jesus name, Amen
