The Lord Always Has the Answer
Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.
Psalm 145:5
Through faith we know the Lord has the answer to all our concerns. Whether making a decision, teaching a class, reading the Word, or mentoring someone; the Lord always has the answer to any question we have, no matter how large or how small. The Lord will guide us through every step of the day, and it is to our advantage to depend on the Lord.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. (Galatians 2:20) The apostle Paul wanted to be guided by Christ at all times, because he knew Christ had all the answers. If we depend on Christ we will live in his power and wisdom, but it always good to have a dialog going with Christ, especially when telling others about Christ. Our faith is revealed when we depend on Christ and we ask for his guidance and wisdom in everything we do.
If Christ was walking with us in the flesh, how often would ask for his guidance? Well Christ is within us and if we ask, he answers. We have to be still inside and know the language of God which is the Word, and his answer will be in our thoughts or a change in the attitude of our hearts.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6) When we depend on the Lord, and we don’t lean on our own understanding, then we will hear from the Lord as he answers to our needs. The Lord’s desire is to guide us through each day with the heart of Jesus, and if we can be mindful of reflecting Jesus, Christ will guide us in every situation.
Today depend on Jesus to guide you to reflect Jesus in every situation, and know the Lord has the answer for all situations we may encounter.
Prayer: Lord guide me today because you know all things, and help me to reflect Jesus to everyone today. In Jesus name, Amen
