The Greatest Event of All Time
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 8:5
The Lord’s love is revealed when He died on the cross for our sins. The love of the Father, the love of the Son, and their love for us; is the reason we have eternal life through forgiveness that comes from Christ. The Father sent his Son to earth to show us how to live, and die for our sins. But God raised Jesus from the dead after three days, and now we live in the family of God with victory over death.
The perfect love from the father and the Son is revealed through the Holy Spirit that lives in the believer, and God protects us from the evil one, and we will never be tempted beyond what we can bear. No one will be able to snatch us out of the hands of God, because he loves us and wants to bring us to Heaven to be with the Father and the Son forever. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. (John 10:28-29)
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10) The Lord loves us and He gives us life to the full as he guides us to live in the image of His Son; and He makes it possible for us to overcome the world. Everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. (1 John 5:4) God’s love takes away our fear, and He makes it possible for us to live in the Kingdom within us. Christ lives in our hearts and His desire is to guide us through life with His love and power into our Heavenly home.
Today know that the Lord loves you, died for your sins and arose giving you victory. He desires to guide you through life with His blessings. Live life to the full today by following the Spirit and being a Light for Christ. Remember that Jesus died for your sins and arose, giving life to the full and victory over death. Heaven is your home.
Prayer: Thank you Lord for taking my sins to cross, filling me with the Spirit, forgiving me of my sins, and the power to overcome. Guide me in the Spirit to live for Christ. In Jesus name, Amen
