Tell the World about Christ
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20
Tell the world about the good news of Christ and know Christ is with you. People all over the world are coming to Christ in these last day, and now is the perfect time to tell them how much God loves them and of his forgiveness. Tell them fear goes away and is replaced by God’s love and that Heaven is their home. People love to hear good news and Christ is the best news in the world.
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. (1 John 3:1) When we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are in His divine family with a perfect Father. We are filled with the Spirit of God enabling us to have a close, loving relationship with Him. The Lord guides us through the Spirit and he will help us in every aspect of life.
If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. (John 14:15-17) We are now saved, and Heaven is our home; the Lord will mold us to the mind and heart of Jesus and we have life to the full. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. (Galatians 5:1)
Christ intercedes for us and presents us as perfect to the Father because Christ will forgive our sins. Our sins were paid for on the cross. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) Christ forgives our sins and gives us His power to overcome sinful temptations. We cannot be perfect but we learn to hate sin. We have forgiveness because Christ purifies us from all unrighteousness. What a great blessing to have forgiveness from Christ and to have our hearts filled with His love and forgiveness. This message is the good news of Christ that we can bring to the world. Always backup your words with scripture and with a heart of love and compassion. This is when people see Jesus in us.
Today, pray for the opportunity to bring the good news of Christ to someone. The hearts of people are looking for understanding and Christ has all the answers for them.
Prayer: Lord, guide me today to bring the Light to someone. Give me your words and your wisdom. In Jesus name, Amen
