No Fear, God is in Control
And said, “O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not God in heaven? You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.”
2 Chronicles 20:6
It may seem Satan has control of the world, but God is in control of Heaven, Earth, and Satan and his demons. God will protect his people from Satan and no one can snatch out of his hands because Heaven is our home. We have to remain faithful and follow Christ’s guidance, as He leads us to Heaven.
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26) With God all things are possible, and we need to meditate and live by this truth. We never lean our own understanding, but we willing put our life in the hands to Christ., and we can experience that all things are possible for God. If we really understand that all things are possible for God, then we have a better understanding of God, and we will live secure.
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28) When we give our life to Christ and depend on Christ always being with us, we have no fear of physical death, because after our last breath we are alive in the Spirit. We go to paradise, and when Christ returns, He will take us to our Heavenly home. Our physical body is our worst enemy because that is where our evil resides; the body comes from the earth and it graves things of the earth, and our soul comes from God and it graves things of God.
Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me. (Psalm199:133) If we obey the Word and depend on Christ being with us, and if we don’t let sin rule over us, then Heaven is our home. We pray every night for forgiveness of sins, even it we are unaware of any sin, because the Lord knows our every thought and attitude. That is why we are still inside, so we can remain under the Spirit’s guidance, and not be controlled by Satan through our emotions.
Today know God in control, and obey the Word guided by Christ so Heaven will be your Home.
Prayer: Father, all things are possible for You which is very comforting. Guide me to serve Christ and point people to eternal life. In Jesus name, Amen
