Live in Victory
For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.
Deuteronomy 20:4
Christian can live in victory by doing the Lord’s will, and we do the Lord’s will by telling people about salvation in Christ. The ultimate victory is when we overcome the world. For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. (1 John5:4)
Victory that overcomes the world means we are controlled by the Holy Spirit, and not by the world. We put our trust in the Lord and we depend on Him for everything, and that brings us victory. There is victory every time we take a step closer to the Lord, and we will experience more of his divine power to be a light in this world. Serving Christ, we know He is always with us, and He will keep us on the narrow road to Heaven.
For You are my rock and my fortress; For Your name’s sake You will lead me and guide me. (Psalm 31:3) We are comforted by the Lord’s love and by His promise to guide and give us the strength to endure anything Satan puts in our path. May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant. (Psalm 119:76) In this life tragedies will occur, but the Lord will carry us through with his love and his strength to live in victory.
Today experience victory as you overcome the world, and know we have victory by serving Christ. Today live in victory and overcome Satan who desires that we live in failure. If Satan attacks go to Christ for victory.
Prayer: Father, help me today to experience victory in Christ. Guide me to be mindful of victory and not yield to Satan’s attacks. Keep my thoughts on things above, and live with a victorious attitude that comes from Christ. In Jesus name, Amen
