God Loves You
The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love.
Jeremiah 31:3
God is love and he loves us with a love that is so powerful it is beyond our experience. All love comes from God and his love is the foundation of our Christian life. Christians reflect God’s love to others so they will know that God loves them, because we tell others that the love in our hearts comes from God.
God poured out the Holy Spirit abundantly on us through Jesus Christ our Savior. (Titus 3:6) We accept Christ as our Savior then God sends the Holy Spirit to live in the believer, and the Father and the Son come to make their home with us. Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. (John 14:23) God loves us so much, he sends the Holy Spirit to live in us and the Father and the Son make their home with us. This shows how much the Father and the Son desire to be with us, both in this life and in our Heavenly life. See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! (1 John 3:1)
The Holy Spirit, Christ, and the Father are with us to guide us through life with his love and power. Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26) The Lord loves us so much he is interested in every detail of our life and will guide us through life so we can have victory in Christ, and he gives us life to the full. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10)
Today realize that the Lord loves you, you are in his family, and he protects your soul for eternity; no one can take you away from the Lord. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. (John 14:23) The Lord will give you the best life possible while living on earth, and the perfect life living in Heaven for eternity.
Prayer: Lord fill me heart with love so I can reflect your love to others. I pray that others will open their hearts to your love and your truth. In Jesus name, Amen
