God Has a Plan

Posted on

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.

Psalm 32:8

The Lord created us and he has a plan for every person who serves Christ, and if we are patience his plan will be revealed in our life.  If we keep following Christ through the Spirit, he will develop our talents and we will serve the Lord according to God’s plan.

But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9) When we serve Christ, we will develop into the plan God has for us, and that plan will be fulfilling because the plan was created for us. When we do what we are created to do, and Christ is with us, we will be serving the Lord with joy in our hearts.

The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way; (Psalm 37:23) We will be delighted when living in the plan God has for us, and he will guide us in every step in serving Christ. We are never alone but Christ is with us every step, especially when ask the Lord to be with us. The more we serve Christ, the more we depend on Christ being with us, because we feel lost if Christ is not with us. We need Christ to bring words and scriptures to us because he knows what the person we are talking too.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10) As we do the good works that God has planned for us, our hearts start change, from self to God and others, and we depend on the Lord to help take care of our self and family. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33) When we put the Lord first, God makes it easier to take care of self and family. Once we experience this truth our faith increases.

Today know the Lord has a plan for you, so pray for guidance and be aware of the thoughts he places in your mind. Always seek to his will, because it leads to his plan.

Prayer: Lord guide me to fulfill the plan you have for me, and motivate more each day to serve Christ. In Jesus name, Amen
