The Volunteers Behind Eternal Walk Ministry and How You Can Get Involved:

Posted on

Eternal Walk Ministry would not exist without the support of its volunteers, all of whom have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our ability to reach others beyond the confines of church is dependent on the people who are willing to donate their time to help others meet their worldly needs.

Fortunately, we’re blessed to have a handful of committed, hard-working volunteers who make everything we do possible. Learn more about what they do at Eternal Walk Ministry:

What Do Our Volunteers Do?

Our volunteers are motivated to share the gospel with local residents in the Frederick, Maryland community and beyond. By leveraging Eternal Walk Ministry’s Daily Messages, our volunteers can lean on the biblically-based, inspirational messages to bring hope to families and individuals, alike.

Our volunteers can often be found:

  • Teaching Bible Classes
  • Hosting Prayer Breakfasts
  • Providing Transportation
  • Assisting with Various House Projects (i.e. packing, cleaning, painting, etc.)
  • Counseling and Mentoring Youth, Adults, and Seniors
  • Feeding, Clothing, and Sheltering the Homeless

We’re always searching for more opportunities to help others to meet their worldly needs, while introducing them to the good news of Jesus Christ.

How Do We Train Our Volunteers?

We equip our volunteers with ministry-focused resources, including brochures, branded t-shirts, Bibles, and business cards in their name. This allows volunteers to represent Eternal Walk Ministry, and in turn these efforts point people back to the website and the heart of the mission: Bringing God’s love and truth to help people on their eternal walk to heaven.

We also offer ongoing support to help our dedicated volunteers grow spiritually and develop professionally. We help provide Bibles, teachers, and literature to those looking to grow in their discipleship training.
