It is impossible for God to lie.

Hebrews 16:18

We can fully trust God’s will over our will because God cannot lie, he knows us and our life better than we do, he loves us more than we can imagine, he wants to bless us, and he wants to guide us down the narrow road to Heaven to be with Him and the Son forever. The problem is that Satan wants us to trust our will over God’s will, and sometimes we may trust our will over than God’s will. This occurs when we trust our fleshly desires over the Spirit’s desires.

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. (Romans 8:6) We are created to be governed by Christ through the Spirit, but how often are we guided by our fleshly desires that disagree with God’s will? This is the spiritual war that we all fight, but if we fight with the power of God we can be victorious. Satan can see the Light of Christ glowing from us, especially when we call on Christ, and Satan will flee.

How can we have faith that pleases God, if we don’t believe every command in the Word is a blessing to us? And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6) We must have faith that pleases God, that leads us to serve Christ, replaces our will for Christ’s will, and we seek to be closer to Christ; this is faith that pleases God.

We must believe that every command in the Word is a blessing to us, and as we strive to obey the command we pray for divine help. Divine peace is ours when we fully trust the Lord and seek to obey all his commands with patience. Peace comes when we trust the Lord to fulfill his commands in our life according to his way and in his time.  Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. (Psalm 27:14) Our faith must have patience, because God’s timing is not our timing. We pray and we never stop believing, we go to our grave but we never stop believing God’s Word.

Today believe everything in the Word in your heart, a live to serve Christ today, because serving Christ reveals our faith.

Prayer: Father, help me to believe everything in your Word in my heart, so I will give my life to Christ.  In Jesus name, Amen
