He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."Psalm 46:10
The Lord wants us to be still inside and to trust him with hearts filled with love, peace, joy, and patience. Imagine life with patience, peace, and joy that comes from God. This is how the Lord wants us live, with patience and no fear because he is with us, and Heaven is our home.
We can enjoy life if we are patience and walk with the Lord being still inside, and relaxed if we walk with Godly wisdom and love. Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30) The Lord desires that we live with rest for our souls, meaning we can be relaxed and peaceful inside while Satan has the world in a rush.
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Joshua 1:8) Meditate or deep thinking about God, can bring peace and relaxation. Meditation brings us closer to the Lord, making us feel secure, and his presence will remain with us.
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 John 2:7) Whenever life causes anxiety, we slow down inside, and give our anxiety to the Lord and pray for peace. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7) Use this verse to kill anxiety and replace it with divine peace from the Lord.
Today slow down and make life relaxing knowing Christ is with you. Live today with love, peace, and joy, and do not conform to the fast pace of the world.
Prayer: Lord, help me to be still and make life relaxing by trusting your divine guidance. Help me to remain still inside, by communing with you. In Jesus’ name, Amen
