All Things Possible for God

Posted on

Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Matthew 19:26

We are blessed that the Lord loves us perfectly, forgives our sins, guides us through life, and all things are possible for Him. God is sovereign over all creation, He protects the eternal souls of those in His family, and no one can snatch us out of His hands. I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. (John 10:28)

The Lord will fill us with his love, power and guidance to endure anything Satan can put in our path. All through history, people suffer and die as martyrs rather than deny Christ, because the power of God was in them. Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28) No one wants suffer and die as a martyr, but we know the Lord will give us His strength to endure anything Satan puts in our path. Satan wants us to live in fear, because he knows that fear can separate us from God.

We know God is in total control, and His wrath will come down on those who refuse to accept Christ. God has complete power over of Satan, complete power over this world, and complete power to carry us into Heaven.  Nothing and nobody can snatch us out of His hands, and He gives us His strength and power to overcome the world.

Putting Christ first changing our hearts, so we desire to be with the Father and the Son, and we are thankful Heaven is our home. Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (John 17:3) God changes our hearts to have a strong desire to know Christ and to have a strong desire to be with the Father and the Son. If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far. (Philippians 22:22023) The apostle Paul was close to Christ in this life, and God changed his heart to where his desire was to go home to be with Christ. God gave Paul His strength to endure death as a martyr.

Today live serving Christ and know you live in victory with His power in you. Know the Satan and all the evil in the world will be destroyed by God, and when Christ returns all those that accepted Christ will go with Christ.

Prayer:  Lord guide me in the Spirit to live for Christ, bringing Your truth to souls to overcome Satan’s lies.  Thank you for your strength and guidance to overcome the world.  In Jesus name, Amen
