A Thankful Heart

Posted on

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

Psalm 100:4

We thank the Lord every day because he died for our sins, fills with the Spirit, we are in his family, and we have eternal life in Heaven with the Father and the Son. If we truly realize what the Father and the Son have done for us, we could give thanks throughout our day.

Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. (Psalm 106:1) Our life should always praise and give thanks to the Lord, because he loves us more than we can imagine and his love lasts forever . Imagine how God feels when we have truly thankful heart, because Christ made it possible that Heaven is our eternal home. A thankful heart brings us closer to God and changes greatly changes us.

Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind. (Psalm 107:21) We receive gifts from someone we always thank them. God has given the greatest gift, eternal life, and guidance down the narrow to Heaven, and we experience this divine gift every day. We should forever have a grateful heart, and we show it by always being thankful.

We all take many things for granted, but we should be thankful for every breath we take and the guidance from Christ through each day. Imagine where we would be without Christ and his guidance? We are blessed each day more than we know, because Christ is with us protecting our souls for Heaven through the Spirit. We should be thankful many times during the day, and take nothing for granted.

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalm 556:12) Thank the Lord for life each morning, for being with us through the day. No one cares for us more than God, and for God all things are possible, and we live in God’s right hand. Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

Today be thankful for life and that the Lord is with you. Take nothing for granted, but be thankful to God.

Prayer: Lord thank you for life today and being with me today. In Jesus name, Amen
